She didn't try to nudge us into a house that wasn't right for us or push us to bid for something that was overpriced. With the lack of supply and our over-eagerness to buy something in the area, we were ready to bid on houses that were not ideal. Shannon could have easily gone for the quick commission on several occasions, but she didn't. She took the extra time and showed a lot of patience steering us clear of decisions we would have surely regretted. In the end, we got the perfect house and we couldn't be happier about it.
