I've been helping clients buy and sell homes in Lamorinda since 2010, but I've called Orinda home for even longer. I raised my three children here, so this is both my home and my work. That perspective gives me a deep understanding of the local schools, neighborhoods, and the emotional side of making a move.

I started my real estate career in Hong Kong, where I worked closely with families navigating major life transitions, many of them relocating across borders and cultures. That experience taught me how personal a move can be, and how much it matters to have steady, thoughtful guidance through the process.

Today, my business is built on preparation, clear communication, and deep knowledge of the local market. I work with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and long-time homeowners thinking about downsizing. Many of my transactions happen through relationships and off-market opportunities, and I take the time to make sure every client feels comfortable and informed from the very beginning.

The most rewarding part of my work is the trust that develops along the way. Real estate is never just a transaction. It's a transition. And I value the long-term relationships that come from helping people through something that really matters.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me hiking locally, taking a yoga class with friends, cooking for my family, spending time at our home in Baja, or playing Mahjong.
